Refund policy

Due to the nature of this product, we will only accept returns for candles that have been damaged or broken due to transit/delivery only.

Proof of the damaged goods needs to be emailed to us: info@royalforestbotanics.com upon unboxing. 
We will not accept returns for any candle/s that have been lit or used in any way.
These returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product. 
Products are not eligible for refund, we will happily exchange your broken candle for a new one. 
Costs to return items to Royal Forest Botanics is the responsibility of the customer


To start a return, you can contact us at info@royalforestbotanics.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Your enjoyment is our highest priority. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been lit and used unless the product is broken or defective.
